How is shipping calculated?

A:

Currently, if you order directly from us (rather than using Etsy), we use USPS shipping for non-local orders. Shipping costs are calculated using the following document: USPS Shipping Ground Advantage . Shipping is estimated and added once you provide the destination in the "Place An Order" form. We are located in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.


Q:

Is shipping necessary if the order is local?

A:

Not at all! If you live within a reasonable distance of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, we are happy to deliver directly to you. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as local delivery.

Are you willing to create custom products?

A:

We may be able to create custom variants of existing product types. Please reach out and let us know what you’re looking for — we’ll see how we can help!

A:

While we take precautions to avoid damage, bows can sometimes be reshaped. Please watch the embedded video below to see how to restore the original design.
