How is shipping calculated?
A:
Currently, if you order directly from us (rather than using Etsy) we are using USPS shipping for non-local orders. The shipping costs are calculated through the following document: USPS Shipping Ground Advantage . The shipping will be estimated and added to the total once you provide the approximate destinaton to ship to in the "Place An Order" Form. In case you were interested in calculating the shipping yourself, we are located in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Is shipping necessary if the order is local?
A:
Not at all! We are located in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and are more than happy to deliver directly to you if you live within a reasonable distance. We do reserve the right to determine what a minimum distance for shipping is, and it may vary based on our personal obligations around the time of the order. Regardless, if we determine you to be eligible for hand-delivery (and you have not already requested it) then we will offer it. If you have requested it then we will look into it and provide our determination and double-check if you would still like the order.

Are you willing to create custom products?
A:
We are hesitant to start entirely new product types but we may be able to create custom variants of other products types that we already make. We may be able to accomodate special requests. Please reach out to us and see if we can help suit your needs!

What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We currently accept any of the following payment forms. We are interested in adding direct payment options but we must learn how to securely handle any personal payment information you may provide, such that you (as a customer) and your finances are fully protected. In the meantime, these secure payment options are available.

Oh no! My sign's bow got squished in shipping! What do I do?
A:
We have taken precautions to avoid damage to the products in any way, including damage to the fragile bows attached to the round-signs, though we can't predict the way these objects may be handled once they leave our care. That being said, the bows are able to be reshaped. Please watch the embedded video below to see how to go about reshaping your bow to reflect the original design.
